Owner questions
Do you manage properties for owners?
Yes. ASICO handles leasing, tenant relations, renewals, maintenance coordination, rent collection and reporting. See the Owners section to list your property.
Who prepares the tenancy contract?
Your property officer prepares it with the agreed terms. Tenancy contracts in Dubai are registered through Ejari, and we explain how this works for your unit.
How long does it take to find a tenant?
It depends on the area, the type of unit and the asking rent. We give you guidance on pricing when we list the property.
Can I manage only part of the process?
Yes. Some owners use ASICO for leasing only, others for full management. We agree the scope with you up front.
Who pays for maintenance?
That is set out in the tenancy contract and your management agreement. We coordinate the work and report the cost to you.
